  • Deliver exceptional customer service and monitor shipment progress
  • Manage line haulage operations
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Prior experience in export operations
  • Familiarity with the logistics sector is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
