A completed degree (Bachelor, Diploma, or Master) is essential, along with ideally some experience in municipal practice and a deep passion for recruiting.

YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM
As a pivotal link between candidates and our departments, you will manage and oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, direct outreach, application reviews, and conducting interviews. You will collaborate with our departments to develop tailored recruitment strategies, ensuring we attract the best talent for Herrenberg.

Furthermore, you will create job profiles for key positions of strategic importance to the overall administration using the Critical Incident Technique. You will continuously expand targeted recruitment channels, enhance our innovative talent acquisition measures (especially in social media and employer branding), and enjoy experimenting with new approaches.

This position offers significant creative freedom. Within the framework of organizational development in the department and considering individual strengths, the scope of responsibilities can be adapted.
