Job Title: Export Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison for our international clientele
  • Oversee the preparation of quotations and the processing of orders
  • Engage in cross-functional initiatives to meet organizational objectives
  • Maintain and refine sales workflows
  • Input orders into MS D365
  • Manage delivery timelines
  • Plan and execute export logistics for global customers
Required Qualifications
  • Completed education in business management or a related discipline
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Previous experience with an ERP system, ideally D365
  • High dedication, excellent communication, and collaborative skills
  • Experience in the export sector
