- Organize and lead Steering Boards and Supplier Meetings up to C-Level, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve supplier quality and performance, driving business growth and revenue.
- Support financial revenue and cost management, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting.
- Consolidate requirements for external services and supplies, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Scout the market for alternative providers to support a second vendor strategy, ensuring business continuity and competitiveness.
- Establish and communicate processes where necessary, promoting a culture of transparency and collaboration.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer management, business development, or supplier management, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven experience in intercultural collaboration, particularly with Chinese partners.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Solid experience in contract, cost, profitability, and risk management, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue.
- Strong organizational skills, with a high level of customer orientation and attention to detail.
- Resilience, with the ability to work effectively in critical situations.
- Creative problem-solving and technical assessment abilities, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
- English skills minimum on C-Level, with German and Chinese skills advantageous.
- Knowledge of Open Telekom Cloud is a plus.
