About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious graduate to join our New Cardio Division as a Clinical Specialist Graduate. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a commercial and clinical medical device environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in learning and training events to develop product knowledge, clinical and commercial skills.
  • Become certified as a subject matter expert on a designated franchise product area.
  • Accompany a Field Coach to learn about working in a clinical setting.
  • Interact with Healthcare professionals and patients in clinical interventions.
  • Plan and deliver daily interventions with clinicians.
  • Educate clinicians on a product franchise.
  • Commercially promote a product franchise.
  • Contribute to the preparation and production of presentations and reports using word processing, spreadsheets, and other computer programs.
  • Adhere to Boston Scientific's rules and regulations and engage in professional and personable conduct at all times with staff and customers.
Requirements
  • Recent Bachelor's or Master's graduate with a Biomedical, Scientific Degree, or Nursing qualification covering elements of the Heart/Cardio.
  • Fluency in English and German (C1).
  • Strong planning, time management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Completed a placement within a clinical, hospital, or similar setting.
  • Computer/technically savvy.
  • Desire to learn, be coached, and develop within a commercial setting.
  • Willingness to travel across Germany or Europe and be away for up to a week at a time.
  • Current driving license.
