Destination Services Consultant

Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Destination Services Consultant.
• As a Destination Services Consultant, you will provide local support and expertise to employees and their families who are being relocated for a new job or assignment.
• Your primary responsibility will be to assist with rental home finding, customized orientation to the community, and support in bank account, driver's license, social security, and utility setup.
• You will work closely with our team to ensure a seamless relocation experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Expert knowledge of the local area, including rental market and local schools.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and German).
• Research ability and proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to cover all three locations (Wismar, Rostock, and Schwerin).

Requirements

• Contract assignments are offered in fixed terms.
• Services are provided in person and virtually through an interactive online portal.
• This is a project-based opportunity, and you will be engaged as an independent contractor.
