We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our team at equal personal GmbH & Co. KG Winnenden. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offering Expert Support: Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries.
- Order Processing and Fulfillment: Process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of products and services.
- Customer Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and experience with ERP systems.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and verbal, and proficiency in German.
