Deine AufgabenAls Sales Consultant (m/w/d) wirst Du bei uns keine Kaltakquise durchführen. Stattdessen erhältst Du qualifizierte Leads und überzeugst diese von der Teilnahme an unseren Coaching-Programmen. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt liegt im Verkauf von Online-Videokursen.
Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören:
- Vorbereitung von Verkaufsgesprächen basierend auf der Analyse von Leads
- Durchführung von Verkaufsgesprächen über Telefon, WhatsApp und E-Mail
- Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen bis zum Abschluss und darüber hinaus
- Planung, Entwicklung und Optimierung von Verkaufsstrategien
- Erfassung von Käuferdaten und Koordination von Terminen im CRM-System
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Koordinierung von Marketingstrategien
- Marktforschung zur Identifizierung neuer Trends in der Coaching-Branche
- Du kannst Dich in die Bedürfnisse von Singles hineinversetzen und verstehst deren Anliegen, idealerweise auch aus eigener Erfahrung.
- Als Verkaufstalent bist Du kommunikationsstark, motiviert und kannst andere überzeugen.
- Du arbeitest eigenständig, flexibel und strukturiert – auch bei der Organisation von Telefonterminen.
- Du bist bereit, für Kundentermine auch am Wochenende zu arbeiten.
- Du bist belastbar und kannst gut mit Stress und Ablehnung umgehen.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Idealerweise hast Du Erfahrung im Umgang mit Pipedrive.
- Du bist wohnhaft in Berlin.
