Your responsibilities will encompass:- Executing assembly tasks in accordance with technical schematics and operational guidelines
- Performing quality assessments to verify the correct assembly of parts and products
- Engaging in the enhancement of assembly workflows to boost productivity and quality
- Supporting the configuration and calibration of assembly machinery and tools
- Maintaining strict compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures during assembly
- Working collaboratively with various departments to ensure seamless production processes
- Completed vocational training in a manual or technical discipline, ideally with prior experience in assembly or a related field
- Attention to detail and meticulousness, particularly in the assembly of components and products
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with colleagues
- Fundamental knowledge of using manual tools and assembly machinery
- Capability to interpret technical drawings and discern specific customer requirements from orders
- Commitment to safety and quality benchmarks during assembly
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (2-shift system)
