Ihre Aufgaben
  • Als Change Communication Specialist (m/w/d) als zentrale Rolle bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung der Kommunikationsstrategie, die bei Veränderungsprozessen innerhalb der Abteilung entstehen, verantwortlich
  • Entwicklung einer Kommunikationsstrategie für LPG
  • Verantwortlich für das Stakeholder-Management für LPG. Identifikation und Analyse der Stakeholder, um deren Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen zu verstehen und sie entsprechend in den Change-Prozess einzubinden
  • Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, um Unterstützung für die Veränderungsinitiativen zu gewinnen
  • Erstellung und Management von Inhalten: Produktion und Verbreitung von effektiven Kommunikationsmaterialien, die auf die Veränderung eingehen. Dazu gehören E-Mails, Newsletter, Präsentationen, Videos und eventuell Schulungsmaterialien, die helfen, die Veränderung zu erklären und zu unterstützen
  • Monitoring und Reporting: Überwachung der Effektivität der Kommunikationsstrategien und -taktiken im Hinblick auf das Erreichen der gewünschten Veränderung und Anpassung der Strategie basierend auf Feedback und neuen Erkenntnissen
  • Unterstützung des Kommunikations-Teams bei LPG: Unterstützung und Beratung für die Projektteams und Führungskräfte, die die Veränderung vorantreiben
Ihr Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/FH) im Bereich Kommunikation, Geisteswissenschaften, Politikwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Change-Kommunikation größerer Projekte oder als Kommunikations-Berater (m/w/d), idealerweise in der Energiebranche
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der internen und externen Kommunikation, Fähigkeit komplexe Inhalte kommunikativ sowie zielgruppenspezifisch aufbereiten und umzusetzen, idealweise bereits Erfahrung mit der Arbeit in verschiedenen Gremien
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mündlich wie schriftlich
  • Proaktive, konzeptionsstarke und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsstärke sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Strategisches und analytisches Denken und ein hohes Maß an Organisationsfähigkeit
