Position Overview

We are looking for an IT Security Specialist to become a vital part of our team at workidentity GmbH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding the information security of our organization, particularly within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all facets of information security management
  • Formulate and refine strategies, protocols, and methodologies to protect the IT infrastructure
  • Guarantee IT baseline protection, perform risk assessments, and supervise security evaluations
  • Analyze and review security incidents thoroughly
  • Independently document security-related matters with precision
Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training as a specialist in computer science, information technology, or IT systems management
  • Knowledgeable in IT security protocols, system architectures, and BSI baseline protection standards
  • Initial hands-on experience in executing baseline assessments and risk evaluations
  • Possess an analytical, organized, and accountable work ethic
  • Proficient in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, capable of articulating and documenting complex topics clearly
