Job SummaryWe are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team at Getränke Hoffmann. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our sales and customer service efforts, including assisting with sales and cash handling, maintaining store displays, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with sales and cash handling, including processing transactions and handling customer returns
- Maintain store displays and ensure a visually appealing shopping environment
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Support inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Assist with other sales and customer service tasks as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
