Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at UST in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation of PLM IT projects, with a focus on Oracle Cloud PLM and life science domain expertise.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results, with strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, methods for measuring results, and perform strategic analysis.
  • Manage project implementations with European business teams, with a focus on validated systems and compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in implementing PLM IT projects, with at least 2-3 complex projects managed.
  • Strong knowledge of PLM systems, including part management, document management, and CAD management.
  • Experience working with European business teams and managing project implementations in the life science domain.
  • Oracle Cloud PLM certification is a plus, as is proficiency in German and Prince2/Scrum certification.
