We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Florist (m/w/d) to join our team at REWE. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning flower arrangements and providing exceptional customer service.

• Design and create flower arrangements for our stores
• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on flower selection and arrangement
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and designs
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
• Contribute to the development of new and innovative flower arrangements and displays

• Successful completion of a floristry course or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• High level of creativity and attention to detail
