Overview

At REWE, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Sales Associate - Customer Service Expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers with purchases and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping experience
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
