Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Controller to enhance our sales operations. This role involves collaborating with the sales team, clients, and partners, ensuring effective communication in both German and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team and stakeholders in both German and English.
• Support the planning processes for sales and marketing initiatives.
• Analyze and validate sales performance data.
• Oversee the controlling and reporting of sales and marketing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Engage in project management and proposal calculations.
• Contribute to strategic planning and special initiatives.
• Enhance existing controlling and reporting methodologies.

Qualifications

• Relevant business education or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with SAP FI - SD (knowledge of CO-PA - EC-PCA is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• Proven ability to independently identify and pursue improvement opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach.
• Experience with SAP, BI, and CRM systems.
