What to Expect:
- Engage with our dynamic Experience Design team, gaining hands-on experience in graphic, print, and online design.
- Create visually compelling graphics for both digital and print media.
- Design engaging social media graphics and content.
- Develop digital lead-oriented campaigns across multiple channels.
- Enhance website aesthetics and user experience (UX).
- Assist in the design and layout of web pages and email campaigns.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, bringing creative ideas to the table.
- Help in the development of presentations and visual aids.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
What You Should Bring:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field with excellent academic performance.
- Experience with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Dall-E, Runway, Relume, etc., is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Familiarity with web design principles and tools (e.g., HTML, CSS) is advantageous.
- Strong creative and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Passionate about design and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in German (at least C1 equivalent) and proficiency in English (at least B2 equivalent).
