Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team at Penta Hotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, provide information about hotel facilities and services, and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest check-in and check-out, and process payments and reservations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
