Position Overview:

The role involves active engagement in the formulation of educational frameworks and the mentorship, assessment, and guidance of trainees and interns within the nursing sector, collaborating closely with the nursing division and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitating learning evaluations, competency assessments, and practical final evaluations.
• Ensuring the quality of training across various disciplines.
• Developing practical learning assignments and conducting technical validations.

Candidate Profile:

• Successfully completed training as a health and nursing professional, pediatric nurse, or geriatric nurse, along with an additional qualification as a practical instructor.
• Demonstrates a patient-centered approach, teamwork, independence, and problem-solving skills.
• Exhibits a high degree of social competence.
• Open to providing practical instruction across all nursing domains.
