Deine Aufgaben

Als Service Assistant bei der Arndt Mobility Group bist Du für die Vorbereitung und Überführung von Mietfahrzeugen in unsere hochwertige Fahrzeugflotte verantwortlich. Du unterstützt unser Fleet Management und bist als Allrounder universell einsetzbar. Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Die Umsetzung unserer Unternehmensphilosophie im Kunden- und Lieferantenkontakt
  • Direkte und kompetente Ansprache bei der Fahrzeugübergabe und Fahrzeugrücknahme
  • Die Übernahme und Kontrolle unserer hochwertigen Mietwagenflotte, einschließlich der Gewährleistung der Sauberkeit und technischen Qualität des Fuhrparks
  • Transferfahrten zu und von unseren Lieferanten, einschließlich einer hochqualitativen Übergabe und Rücknahme
  • Fahrzeugüberführungen zwischen unseren Stationen
  • Die Feststellung von (Neu-)Schäden mit unserer App
  • Die Meldung von technischen Mängeln bzw. überfälligen Inspektionen
  • Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Stationsmitarbeitern
  • Die Weitergabe von Reklamationen an Vorgesetzte
  • Die Gewährleistung eines positiven Erscheinungsbilds der Station, einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit und Erfüllung der Kundenerwartung
Dein Profil
  • Mindestens Führerschein der Klasse B oder noch besser C1, C, CE
  • Organisationstalent
  • Zeitliche Flexibilität
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortlichkeit
