Aufgabenbereich

  • Verantwortung von Anfang an: In der Rolle als Consultant (m/w/d) sind Sie aktiv an verschiedenen Projekten im Bereich Finanzwesen und Controlling beteiligt, insbesondere in der Digitalisierung entlang der CFO-Agenda, bei unseren nationalen und internationalen Klienten aus unterschiedlichen Branchen. Sie arbeiten in einem dynamischen Team und tragen maßgeblich zum Projekterfolg und zur Pflege nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen bei.
  • Vielfältige Aufgaben: Sie sind verantwortlich für die Optimierung von betrieblichen Strukturen, Prozessen und Systemen im Finanzbereich und Controlling. Der Fokus liegt auf der Implementierung neuer technologischer Lösungen wie SAP S/4HANA oder Microsoft Dynamics, der Nutzung von Cloud-Technologien sowie der Anwendung von Machine Learning und künstlicher Intelligenz zur Prozessautomatisierung.

Anforderungsprofil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich sowie relevante Praktika.
  • Interesse an Projektarbeit und der Optimierung sowie Digitalisierung von Finanz- und Controllingprozessen an der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachabteilung und IT.
  • Idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics) und/oder Planungs-, Reporting- und Konsolidierungssystemen.
  • Vertrautheit mit neuen Technologien wie Process Mining, RPA und künstlicher Intelligenz.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für den internationalen Austausch mit Kollegen und Klienten.
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und analytisches Denkvermögen zur Einarbeitung in neue Themen.
  • Freude an dienstleistungsorientierter Arbeit sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
