Senior IT Supplier Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Supplier Auditor to join our team at Siemens Healthineers AG. As a key member of our IT Provider Management team, you will be responsible for safeguarding the IT supplier audit program and ensuring IT provider delivery quality and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, design, and set up a comprehensive IT supplier audit framework for providers of the global IT function end-to-end, from process definition, planning, assessment execution to post-audit activities and monitoring
- Raise IT supplier audit processes in the IT QMS to ensure required IT providers deliver quality and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and standards
- Define the IT supplier assessment approach, including standards, tools, checklists, and procedures
- Prepare, align, and maintain the IT supplier audit plan, considering a risk-based approach and regulatory requirements. Define a specific audit catalogue for the supplier assessments to cover contract and/or regulatory requirements
- Coordinate and conduct planned or ad-hoc IT supplier audits with the derivation of corrective or improvement measures
- Present, report, monitor, and provide consultation or support on remediation activities of IT Supplier audit program status/progress
- You hold a degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a comparable field
- You have long-term experience in the areas of IT Supplier & Contract Management, Strategic Procurement, IT audit function, with very profound expertise in dealing with external suppliers within Siemens or a large technology company or an assurance and consulting firm
- You have very good knowledge/experience of working with various Quality Management systems like ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and desired with ISO 13485, MDSAP
- You have strong IT Background with profound experience in complex IT environments and delivery of services/IT outsourcing setups and related IT controls
