We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Sales Department as an Intern Market Management. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core Sales Operations functions, including Market Management, Market Analysis, Forecasting, and Business Planning.

Your Mission:
  • Support the 2025 Annual Business Planning Process, including Sales and Budget target setting, and negotiations with markets.
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze Sales Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data points to inform Sales Team decision-making.
  • Participate in the launch planning, execution, and post-launch assessment of new Electric Models.
  • Develop ad-hoc analysis and provide reports to support cross-functional teams, including Business Planning, Sales Strategy, Corporate Sales, and Supply Chain Management.
  • Facilitate Kia Europe's Digital Transformation efforts, including the digitalization of sales forecasting and planning.
Your Talents:
  • Bachelor or Master student in Economics, Business Management, or Engineering.
  • Basic understanding of Automotive industry principles.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, and original with great analytical skills.
  • High motivation, eagerness to learn, and self-driven attitude.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to handle pressure and uncertainty.
  • Good IT skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); an additional European language is an advantage.
