We are a regional energy supplier with a long history of commitment to sustainability, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a software developer or DevOps engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our company.

About the Role

We're seeking a software developer or DevOps engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and operation of our software systems. As a junior or senior member of our team, you'll be responsible for planning, developing, and maintaining our software and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Software Development

    Develop and maintain software systems using Java, C#, and other relevant technologies.

  • IT Operations

    Plan, develop, and operate IT systems, including data and system interfaces, in collaboration with other departments.

  • Process Development

    Develop and implement standardized processes for software development, release, and deployment management.

  • Project Participation

    Participate in projects as an IT contact person and contribute to the development of software solutions.

  • Digital Post Office

    Design and implement a digital post office and automated processing of customer correspondence.

  • IT System Operation

    Operate and maintain IT systems in the context of the output management process for creating customer documents.

Required Skills

  • Junior:

    • Education

      A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

    • Programming Skills

      Proficiency in at least one programming language.

    • Experience

      Basic experience with web services, Java, and Windows Server, as well as GIT and Azure DevOps.

    • Language Skills

      Excellent German language skills.

  • Senior:

    • Experience

      Several years of experience in software development and IT operations.

    • Technical Skills

      Experience with Java, Windows Server, and Azure DevOps.

    • Additional Skills

      Familiarity with input/output management processes and OCR software is beneficial.

    • Language Skills

      Excellent German language skills.
