We are in search of an Automotive Workshop Manager (m/w/d) to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the workshop operations and leading the team - Offering expert customer consultations and preparing service quotations - Engaging actively in automotive services and tire installations - Streamlining workshop workflows - Recruiting, mentoring, and managing apprentices
Qualifications:
- Completion of Kfz-Meister training (m/w/d) - Preferably experienced in mentoring Kfz-Mechatronikers (m/w/d) - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor - Strong commitment and dependability - Valid Class B driver's license
