Wir bieten umfassende Lösungen – von der ersten Idee bis hin zum marktreifen Prototypen, einschließlich Elektronik und embedded Software, sowie mechanischen Lösungen. In der Rolle als Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die Akquise neuer Kunden aus verschiedenen Branchen und tragen aktiv zum Wachstum des Unternehmens bei.
- Akquisition neuer Kunden und Projekte mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Embedded Systems (80%) und Maschinenbau / Betriebsmittelentwicklung (20%) in unterschiedlichen Sektoren
- Durchführung von Marktanalysen zur Identifizierung potenzieller Kunden
- Hybrid Selling: Telefonisch, virtuell, online, optional auch vor Ort
- Regelmäßige Kommunikation mit dem Team und anderen Fachabteilungen
- Pflege von Daten im CRM-System und im Sales Funnel
- Einbringung von Ideen zur Optimierung von Prozessen
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau in Wort und Schrift
- Erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb sind von Vorteil
- Abschluss in einem technischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Technisches Verständnis sowie Berufserfahrung im Software- oder Hardwarebereich sind wünschenswert
- Empathie, Überzeugungskraft und Durchhaltevermögen
- Teamgeist, Kreativität und hohe Motivation
- Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Monatliches Bruttogehalt ab 4.500€, mit einem Bonus von bis zu 15.000€
