REWE Dortmund SE & Co. KG is a joint venture between REWE Dortmund and REWE Group, headquartered in Dortmund-Asseln. Our sales area covers approximately 400 supermarkets in North Rhine-Westphalia, with a focus on the Ruhr region, Lower Rhine, and the Sauer and Münsterland areas. We operate primarily through independent retailers. Our main goal is to promote regional products, supporting local economies, securing local jobs, and minimizing transportation distances.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified and motivated Fleischereifachverkäufer (m/w/d) for our market in Duisburg. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the retail industry and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and product advice in the meat, sausage, and cheese department.
- Design and implement sales-promoting strategies to enhance product visibility, freshness, and cleanliness.
- Process and prepare meat, sausage, and cheese products.
- Price and stock products.
- Conduct quality control and inventory checks.
- A completed apprenticeship as a sales professional in the food retail industry (meat specialization).
- Enthusiasm for the retail industry.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with people.
- Service-oriented, responsible, and flexible.
- Preference for candidates with prior experience.
