Position Overview:

The Order Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the entire order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing customer requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update essential information and documentation within IT platforms.
  • Facilitate the creation and management of customer orders.
  • Track order timelines and handle returns effectively.
  • Produce analytical reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Support the implementation of new customer workflows.

Candidate Profile:

  • Possession of relevant commercial or technical qualifications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and various IT systems.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
