Position Overview:
The Order Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the entire order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing customer requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update essential information and documentation within IT platforms.
- Facilitate the creation and management of customer orders.
- Track order timelines and handle returns effectively.
- Produce analytical reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Support the implementation of new customer workflows.
Candidate Profile:
- Possession of relevant commercial or technical qualifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and various IT systems.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- Fluent in both German and English.
