Your Responsibilities
- Engage Customers: As a Sales Associate for Press & Literature, you will share your enthusiasm for books and sales with our customers. Alongside books and magazines, you will also assist in selling snacks and tobacco products, enhancing the customer experience.
- Personalized Assistance: Do you enjoy guiding others in their book selections? Personal consultation is essential to us, ensuring that every customer feels valued and understood.
- Inventory Management: You will be responsible for managing stock levels, placing orders when necessary, receiving goods, restocking shelves, and processing returns.
- Maintain a Welcoming Environment: It is important to keep the sales area organized and inviting, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all.
Your Qualifications
- No specific prior experience is required; your enthusiasm for sales will resonate with our customers.
- Willingness to adapt to flexible scheduling.
- Basic proficiency in the German language is essential.
