Quality Assurance Specialist

Your tasks:

  • Processing of incoming goods inspections, initial sample inspections, and production process and product release inspections for all motorsport derivatives
  • Developing and creating complex measuring programs for optical and tactile measurements with the appropriate measuring equipment
  • Determination and documentation of results in dimensional and physical measurement parameters
  • Initiating the complaints process in the event of deviations, including contacting the supplier
  • Creation of test plans and initial sample requests for suppliers

Your profile:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in quality assurance and precision measurement technology
  • Technician or master craftsman in the electrical, metal, or automotive sector
  • Knowledge of tactile and optical measuring methods and measuring software programs (Zeiss Calypso, Polyworks, and GOM)
  • Knowledge of E/E is desirable
  • Specialized knowledge in shape and position tolerancing of components, knowledge of relevant norms and standards
  • Analytical thinking skills and strong assessment skills along the development chain
  • Advanced IT skills (MS Office applications, SAP, AHP, etc.)
  • Initiative and flexibility
  • Team and communication skills with external and internal partners
  • Car driver's license
