Your Role:

As a technician, you will be tasked with providing exceptional service to both internal and external clients across multiple sites.

• Manage and maintain building systems effectively.
• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose issues and implement solutions.
• Perform safety checks and ensure operational functionality.
• Oversee and evaluate subcontractor work.
• Keep accurate records of all work completed.

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in facility management or building services is a plus.
• Fluency in German is essential.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• Availability for on-call duties with additional compensation.
• Possession of a Class B driver's license may be required.
