Web Content Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Timely updating and revising existing web pages according to specified requests and guidelines, ensuring the overall website structure remains intact. This involves utilizing components and templates within the content management system (CMS).
  • Executing content implementation through thorough proofreading and copy editing, which includes mechanical editing (punctuation, capitalization, spelling, abbreviations) and minor substantive editing (headings, subheads, brand terminology).
  • Collaborating with teams in content, design, and product to facilitate enhancements and updates.
  • Assessing content for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a higher education program focusing on languages, technical writing, international business, or a related discipline. The internship must be a mandatory component of your studies and last a minimum of 6 months.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (AEM, WordPress) is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to identify and rectify errors in content and formatting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a readiness to engage collaboratively with the team and organization.
  • A committed team player who can also work independently.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of German and additional languages is a plus.
