About XTaste

XTaste is a multicentre offering visitors a unique combination of experiences built around mobility, art, events, retail, food, and hospitality. With over 2500 m2 surface, our gastronomic concept brings together a high-end restaurant, a food hall with over 16 stands, and catering for a large-capacity event hall under one roof.

About the Role

As a Procurement Manager at XTaste, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic procurement plans to ensure cost-effective purchasing, aligned with the company's objectives, while maintaining the highest quality. You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers, negotiate contracts, and evaluate potential new partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement activities to ensure cost-effective purchasing and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Foster supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Drive process improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage inventory to prevent shortages and overstocking.
  • Collaborate with executive teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver procurement solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in procurement in the food service industry.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage products.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management.
