Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising participants in training programs
• Providing technical guidance and support
• Collaborating with students on practical tasks and projects
• Managing and maintaining donated bicycles

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Completed training as a Zweiradmechatroniker with a focus on Fahrradtechnik
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Physical and mental resilience
• Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups
• Experience working with disadvantaged individuals (a plus)
