Supply Chain Management Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Management Specialist. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our promotional supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the allocation of food and non-food items for our weekly promotional campaigns
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize stock availability in our stores
  • Oversee the maintenance of our warehouse management system, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure seamless operations through regular communication with our stores, internal departments, and suppliers
  • Support the preparation and control of monthly and annual financial reports, as well as the management of our IT infrastructure
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of key performance indicators, monitor inventory and store levels, and produce relevant reports

Requirements

  • Completed commercial education
  • Quick understanding and good numerical skills
  • Engaged, structured, and reliable work style
  • Team player, strong communication skills, and ability to work across departments
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
