About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Platform Engineering Director to lead our SAP Hybrid platform initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our SAP platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for the SAP Platform Engineering team, aligning efforts with overall business objectives and priorities.
  • SAP Platform Management: Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of SAP platforms, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of SAP platform engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with SAP vendors and partners, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of services and solutions.
  • Project Management: Oversee SAP platform projects from initiation to completion, including planning, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize the performance of SAP platforms, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure that SAP platforms meet security and compliance requirements, implementing measures to protect sensitive data and mitigate risks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners, to understand requirements and priorities and ensure alignment with SAP platform initiatives.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to SAP platform initiatives, ensuring effective communication, training, and adoption of innovative technologies and processes.
  • Budget and Resource Capacity Management: Oversee the budget and resource capacity management for the Platform Engineering Domain, including strategic planning, fiscal management, and resource allocation to ensure the successful development, maintenance, and enhancement of the organization's platform infrastructure.
