We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Procurement Specialist to join our team at AVANTGARDE Talents GmbH. As an Indirect Purchaser, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's success by sourcing and procuring high-quality goods and services.
Key Responsibilities- Procurement Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet the company's needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage a network of reliable suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions, ensuring the company's interests are protected.
- Cost Management: Analyze and manage procurement costs to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, and communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic procurement, with a focus on indirect purchasing.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions. Proficiency in contract negotiation, cost management, and supplier management.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
