As a Team Lead in the Global Algorithms & Software Semiconductor Mask Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of sophisticated algorithms that evaluate enormous amounts of image data in a highly efficient manner.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

• Develop highly accurate mathematical-optical models and their numerical solutions in expert teams.
• Define algorithm-specific roadmaps in alignment with our product roadmaps to specify goals and quality measures.
• Continuously observe existing organizational processes and adapt those towards optimality.

**Your Profile**

• **Degree in Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Applied Mathematics**
• **Strong Knowledge in Numerics for PDEs, Computational Lithography, Optimization, or Image Processing**
• **Several Years of Experience in Algorithm Development and Management**
• **Experience with Classical and Agile Development Methods**
• **Strong Development Experience in Algorithmic Software Projects**
• **Proven Experience in MATLAB, Python, C#/C++, and HPC**
• **Strong Ability to Cooperate and Work in a Team**
