Student Assistant IT Production (d/f/m)

We are seeking a student assistant for our IT Production Business Partner division at our Munich office, with a commitment of up to 20 hours per week for a duration of one year to support our team as soon as possible. (Alternatively, this position can be filled by a full-time intern for a period of six months.)

This position will assist the IT Production business partner with the assessment of new requirements and the preparation and execution of IT projects. While the focus will primarily be on quality management activities, the role will encompass a broader range of responsibilities. In this role, you will have the chance to experience a comprehensive global setup with exposure to international IT and manufacturing operations.

Your Responsibilities

Assist the IT Production business partner in evaluating new IT requirements from manufacturing stakeholders, with a particular emphasis on Quality Management issues. Develop new IT project outlines and establish constraints, objectives, resource requirements, and implementation strategies. Contribute to the execution of IT initiatives. Familiarize yourself with our primary IT Quality Management solutions to support training, requirement analysis, and related activities. Formulate recommendations and present project outcomes to management.

You Are

An enrolled bachelor or master student in Business Administration, Computer Science, Biology, Chemistry, or any other IT/Science-related field at a German university or university of applied sciences. Knowledgeable in quality management and statistical analysis. Possessing IT domain knowledge and an understanding of software development; familiarity with Microsoft SQL and/or Oracle DB is advantageous. A quick learner with logical reasoning and a proactive work approach. Proficient in English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
