Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect, Director to join our team at VISA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of technical solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of technical solutions that align with business objectives and meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain technical architecture and design documents to ensure consistency and alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure that technical solutions are feasible, scalable, and meet regulatory and operational requirements.
- Identify gaps in product capabilities and features and work with internal teams to address them.
- Present technical solutions to stakeholders and respond to questions and concerns.
- Work with cross-functional teams to take solutions from definition to commercialization.
- Build strong partnerships with product teams and become a trusted advisor to help shape their roadmaps.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of the card payment industry and VISA products.
- Experience in solution architecture in the card payment industry.
- Extensive experience in agile working methodologies and principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Technical skills in MS Office, JIRA/Wiki, EA Sparx, and other relevant tools.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about emerging technologies and trends.
- Understanding and/or willingness to learn about Human Centered Design principles.
- Self-starter with ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
