Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ambulatory Dialysis Nurse to join our team. As a Dialysis Healthcare Professional, you will be responsible for providing patient care and support in our outpatient dialysis centers. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional patient outcomes and ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and support in our outpatient dialysis centers
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and best practices

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Experience in dialysis nursing or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
