Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Specialist to join our team at OKTAGON MMA. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that engages our massive audience and drives brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a social media content calendar that showcases our brand's personality and resonates with our target audience.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms, including posts, stories, and videos.
- Manage and respond to fan interactions across social media, fostering a positive and engaged community.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that drive website traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations to improve our social media strategy.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of creating engaging and effective social media content that drives results.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
