Position Overview: The primary objective of this role is to gain a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape, align with the strategic priorities of CCH Tagetik, and spearhead the product management for the CCH Tagetik Extended Planning suite, particularly focusing on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This role is crucial for executing a successful go-to-market strategy on a global scale, as we continue to broaden our reach and enhance our product offerings.
Location: This position can be based in Italy, UK, or remotely in Europe. You will report directly to the VP of Integrated Business Planning and will play a vital role in implementing segment priorities across various functional areas within CCH Tagetik, including Sales, Marketing, Development, and Customer Success. Your contributions will be instrumental in the growth of the Corporate Performance Management & ESG division of Wolters Kluwer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive product roadmap for Extended Planning tailored for the Office of CFO in large enterprises.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand trends, customer profiles, and competitive landscapes, identifying opportunities for market share growth.
- Utilize customer insights to inform product feature planning, prioritizing requirements and clarifying the rationale behind product decisions.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Engage with Pre-Sales teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations for both external marketing and internal training purposes.
- Formulate and implement a growth strategy for the product line, optimizing existing offerings and exploring new opportunities to enhance customer value.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in representing the CCH Tagetik brand and strengthening customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in leadership roles within enterprise software, specifically in the FP&A, CPM, ERP, or XP&A sectors.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management within an enterprise software context.
- Strong understanding of the Office of CFO processes and enterprise-wide budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
- Proven track record of managing complex international projects in the FP&A domain.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
This role is primarily focused on outbound product management, driving revenue growth, and enhancing our market positioning.
