Your Role and Responsibilities

In this position, you will engage in all tasks associated with the management of returned items and semi-finished or finished products within the warehouse or in transit to/from the production line. Your daily responsibilities will include organizing and categorizing materials for storage in accordance with established protocols. You will also demonstrate your skills by executing other routine tasks as per standard operating procedures. The work model for this role is: #onsite. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating and overseeing the retrieval of returns from clients in collaboration with transportation partners.
• Unpacking and assessing returned items, documenting and managing complaints and returns for both import and export, and facilitating internal or, if necessary, external clarifications.
• Processing credit notes in line with internal policies and arranging follow-up or replacement shipments to clients.
• Conducting plausibility checks (weight comparisons, storage location verifications) based on customer feedback.
• Organizing and categorizing materials for storage in accordance with guidelines.
• Performing routine tasks as per established procedures.
• Selecting components from inventory for dispatch and final packing on pallets.
• Handling boxes and managing various other collection, storage, and warehouse activities.

Qualifications for the Role
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and other returns management software.
  • Experience with SAP ERP, SalesForce, and Babtec is preferred.
  • Some background in reverse logistics is advantageous.
  • Proficient in managing returned items and addressing related customer issues.
  • Strong communication skills with customers, transporters, and internal teams, with a focus on process enhancement.
  • Commercial training or proven experience in reverse logistics.
  • Fluency in both German and English is required.
