As a PreMaster in the Manufacturing Technology division, you will:
- Engage in real-world projects to gain valuable insights into operations within a fabless semiconductor company.
- Take initiative on various topics while receiving guidance from our experienced team of professionals.
- Ensure that our suppliers adhere to our technical quality, cost, and delivery standards throughout the product lifecycle.
- Assess manufacturing concepts during the early development stages, focusing on design for manufacturability and high-volume production suitability.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams in a global context, serving as a liaison between external suppliers and internal departments.
- Effectively communicate requirements and outcomes across all organizational levels, as well as with external suppliers and clients.
Required Qualifications
- A self-motivated individual with a structured approach to task execution. You possess a creative mindset and are adept at generating innovative solutions.
- Personal Attributes: Strong communication skills, assertiveness, creativity, enthusiasm for new challenges, and a willingness to travel.
- Work Style: Structured and analytical, with a high sense of responsibility and enjoyment in intercultural project collaboration.
- Experience: Solid foundation in engineering principles and analytical thinking. Previous experience in semiconductor or MEMS environments is advantageous.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
Additional Insights
The Bosch PreMaster Program is a comprehensive two-phase qualification initiative designed for dedicated graduates holding Bachelor's degrees who aspire to pursue a Master's degree. The initial phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience, providing a gap year to explore technical and business contexts. The subsequent phase encompasses the Master's coursework, supplemented by further practical experience and personal mentoring to ensure successful completion.
