Milk Procurement Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Milk Procurement Specialist. This role involves supporting the procurement of raw materials and ensuring efficient operations within our dairy supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the weekly procurement of raw materials related to milk buying and selling.
- Support the planning and management of milk collection routes.
- Coordinate documentation processes with suppliers and clients.
- Generate reports and statistical evaluations to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee the engagement of external logistics providers.
- Address and resolve complaints from both customers and suppliers.
- Contribute to the implementation of quality assurance programs in collaboration with our producers.
- Manage certification processes for our milk producers and traders, including the administration of certificates and master data.
- A background in milk technology is preferred.
Qualifications:
- Completed training in agriculture, dairy farming, or a related field; further qualifications as a technician or master are advantageous.
- Prior experience in the food industry is desirable.
- Basic understanding of milk production, quality assurance, and the dairy market.
- Ability to work independently with a solution-oriented and responsible approach.
- Passion for driving initiatives and contributing to progress.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
