About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business IT Consultant to join our team at CS-Consulting GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to our clients on optimizing their IT processes and enterprise architecture.
  • You will analyze business requirements and develop concepts for IT projects, including specifications, user stories, decision templates, and modeling.
  • As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with our clients' management to optimize their IT landscapes and organizations.
  • You will lead the implementation of projects and serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
About You

  • You hold a degree in a relevant field, a background in IT, or equivalent qualifications.
  • You have extensive experience in capturing and conceptualizing business requirements from various departments.
  • You possess a structured approach to work, excellent communication skills, and strong presentation abilities.
  • You are familiar with process analysis and modeling tools.
  • You have a keen interest in strategic questions related to digital transformation in large corporations.
  • You possess exceptional abstraction skills and teamwork abilities.
  • You work independently with high quality standards and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • You have excellent German and English language skills and are proficient in MS Office.
