Join Our Team as a Wind Turbine Repair Specialist

We, RTS Wind AG, a leading company in the wind energy sector, are seeking a skilled Wind Turbine Repair Specialist to join our team at our location in Halle (Saale).

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to work on the repair and maintenance of wind turbine rotor blades. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Inspecting rotor blades from a rope access point
  • Repairing damage to rotor blades
  • Inspecting the surface of the blades and checking the internal structure
  • Checking the lightning protection systems
  • Documenting work results and forwarding to the back office
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in surface coating and plastic processing (desirable)
  • Training as a rope access technician (Fisat or Irata) and initial work experience in rope access
  • A valid driver's license (Class B or BE)
  • Willingness to travel and enjoy working at heights
  • Good physical fitness
