Join Our Team as a Technical Educator

Naturenergie is a leading regional energy provider with a rich history of promoting sustainability and taking responsibility for the environment and society. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Educator to join our team and contribute to the development of our young talent.

As a Technical Educator, you will be responsible for training and mentoring our apprentices in the field of electrical engineering. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement innovative training programs that meet the needs of our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for electrical engineering apprentices, ensuring they meet the required standards and industry expectations.

  • Mentor and guide apprentices in their technical development, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.

  • Collaborate with our team to design and implement new training initiatives, leveraging your expertise and knowledge to drive innovation and excellence.

  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure apprentices are meeting the required standards and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our training programs and ensure they remain relevant and effective.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electrical engineering training and education, with a strong background in teaching and mentoring.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, apprentices, and stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of our apprentices and business.

  • Proficiency in MS-365 and other relevant software applications.
