Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Test Automation Engineer to join our team at gematik GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing test automation architectures, developing and maintaining test suites, and ensuring the integration of tests into our CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement test automation architectures to ensure efficient and effective testing of our digital health solutions.
  • Develop and maintain test suites to ensure comprehensive coverage of our software applications.
  • Integrate tests into our CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and delivery of our solutions.
  • Lead and mentor junior test engineers to ensure the growth and development of our team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain test documentation to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in test automation, with a focus on distributed systems and microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in Java and experience with test automation frameworks such as Cucumber, Serenity, and Selenium.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test management tools such as xRay, Testrail, or Zephyr.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, such as Kubernetes, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
